Tracking links now support per-link toggles for utm_via and utm_referrer auto-append behavior. The template system switched from __destination_query_params to a unified __utm_config approach for cleaner parameter control.

Fixed a bug where trailing slashes on destination URLs were being stripped incorrectly, which broke some downstream analytics setups.
